I am trained in EMDR, which is most commonly used to treat trauma or other ongoing issues that do not respond to traditional therapy methods. I am still amazed at how effective and efficient this type of therapy is. I also have training in the Spiritual Root System which helps clients understand more of their emotions and how to deal with them well.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a non-profit organization, a residential treatment center, as well as private practice, where I have been since 2017. Each of these settings has given me different lenses to look through to better understand what my current clients are coming in for and the various treatment methods available.

I have been married to my husband, Kevin, since 2009 and we have 3 beautiful children. We love having adventures together, whether it be going somewhere new or being in our own backyard. I also enjoy reading, being outdoors, traveling, singing, and learning about new cultures.
Why the name Arrow?
I chose the name “Arrow” because of the many ways that arrows characterize my desires for each of my clients. An arrow symbolizes reaching your goals and achieving your targets, which is exactly what I want each client that steps into my office to be able to do.

For those who need direction, who may feel lost or stuck:
My desire is to help you get to the root of what has been keeping you stuck. The goal is not only to get you unstuck; I want to help you be able to point your arrow in the direction you need to go, to find your passions that will keep driving you forward.
For those who have deep wounds from the arrows of others:
My desire is to sit with you in this hurt and grief; to help give guidance to the path of healing and courage.
For those who are in survival mode, only using their arrows for defense and not for a more fulfilling life:
My desire is to help you process what brought you into survival mode in the first place and then to find ways to regain purpose and get filled back up again.
